This project located west of Ramsey, North of Kathleen, and adjacent to Lake City High School will eventually encompass over 600 acres. 

The beauty of Coeur d'Alene Place allows you to walk, bike, jog or roller blade on the community's extensive landscaped trail system. 

You can also relax, picnic, or play in any one of the numerous parks, including the large city park at the center of the prestigious Coeur d'Alene Place community. 

The focal point of the Coeur d’Alene Place community is over 70 acres of landscaped common area and open space which includes:

• An 11 acre City park (Bluegrass Park),
• Numerous neighborhood parks (like the new Dino Park, and the water park!)
• and a bicycle and pedestrian trail system that when completed will include over five miles of trails which will connect the neighborhoods to schools, parks, and shopping.
