This project located west of Ramsey, North of Kathleen, and adjacent to Lake City High School will eventually encompass over 600 acres.

Postal Service - Mail delivery for Coeur d'Alene Place is handled from the Coeur d'Alene Post Office located at 111 N. 7th. Simply contact the station at 1-800-275-8777 or 208-765-4890 and give them your new address and they will assign you a mail box and give you a key. '"

Refuse Service - This service is provided by the City of Coeur d'Alene. Contact them at 769-2224 to order your service. Pick up schedule will vary depending on where you live in the neighborhood, please make sure to confirm your pick up day when you call to order your service.

Kootenai Electric - Please call to set up billing: 765-1200

Avista Utilities - Please call to set up gas service: 1-800-227-9187

Phone Service - Your builder has pre-wired your home and provided underground telephone cable to your home.To have your phone installed, contact Verizon at 800-483-1000 and they will arrange a time for installation. The cost of phone installation in your home will vary according to the type of service you will require.

CDA Place Master Association - Rockwood Property Management Company manages the Homeowners' Association. We are responsible for, among other things, maintenance of the entry, common area and street lights.  While we inspect the site daily, you may notice something we've missed, such as a plugged sprinkler heads, etc. If so, please contact us at 509-893-0800 and we will attend to it as quickly as possible. You may also contact us via you association website at www.cdaplacehoa.com.

Sewer and Water - Sewer and water services are provided by the City of Coeur d'Alene. If you notice any problems with water or sewer service, please contact the City at 769-2241.

Cable T.V. - Is provided by Time Warner Cable. For hook-up please contact 1-888-683-1000.
