Park it right

We hope you have a terrific summer!  Many homeowners have boats, RV's, Coaches, or trailers that they use during the summer months................. 

• Please remember to park all recreational vehicles within an enclosed garage, behind a fence out of view from the street and neighboring lots, or store them at an off-site location. 

Cd'A Place has a convenient storage facility in close proximity to them.  It is Cd'A Storage off Atlas Road. It is privately owned (not by the Association), and they offer reasonable rates. 

Please call and secure your off-site storage before bringing your recreational vehicles home. 

• The CC&R's limit the amount of time that you can have them at your home (for loading and unloading/cleaning purposes only) to 48 hours.

Thank you for observing and adhering to the covanents. Remember the CC&R fine system is in process.  Careful observance of this guideline will prevent any confrontation of this issue.
